Shipping to: Germany:
For delivery within Germany we charge €9.99 shipping costs per package ( up to 30kg package weight).
For express (next day) deliveries within Germany we charge €20 shipping costs per package (up to 30kg package weight.
Shipping costs for pallet deliveries are calculated individually as they depend on the total weight of your order and the specified destination address.
Shipping to EU countries:
For delivery to other European countries (EU states) we charge a flat rate of €25.00 shipping costs per package (up to 30kg package weight).

Parcel delivery is carried out with UPS . Delivery to packing stations is possible.

Pallet deliveries are made by a shipping company .
Delivery times for shipped orders depend on your location and available regional shipping services. As a rule, a delivery time of 2-4 working days applies to parcel shipping and 5-7 working days to shipping pallets. Please note the item-related delivery times.

The shipping date depends on the longest delivery time for the items in the shopping cart.
In exceptional cases or by arrangement, partial shipping is possible. If there are longer delays with an order, you will be informed immediately.

When paying with Klarna The ordered items will be shipped by us immediately after the order is placed.

Instant bank transfer
When paying via Instant bank transfer The ordered items will be shipped by us immediately after the order is placed.

Purchase on account (only for business customers)
With simple and convenient payment The invoice The ordered items will be shipped immediately after ordering. Approval of purchase on account occurs after an internal review.

Bank transfer (prepayment)
When paying by Bank Transfer (Payment in advance) we will ship the ordered items immediately after receipt of payment.

We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
